Yongshun Factory was established in 1999. It is a professional printing and dyeing production enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales, dedicated to providing high-quality printing and dyeing services for the textile industry. After several reconstructions and expansions, it has reached its current scale, with a 40,000-square-meter factory in Shaoxing and over 200 employees. Over the past 20-plus years, it has been focusing on the home textile field. It mainly produces and prints finished fabrics for curtains and some clothing fabrics, including but not limited to various jacquard and printed fabrics. We independently developed multiple innovative printing and dyeing equipment and environmental protection equipment for dyeing and finishing, and applied for a number of national patent technologies.
We currently have a modern production base, equipped with advanced production lines such as digital printing, eco-friendly dyeing and special finishing. There are more than 40 dyeing vats, 7 setting machines and 9 corresponding environmental protection equipment. We have passed international certifications such as ISO9001 and OECO-TEX ® and strictly implement environmental protection standards.
The annual production capacity reaches 8000 million meters, and the service customers cover domestic and foreign fields such as clothing,home textiles and industrial fabrics.
